This new improved version of our water dispenser, the Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE V2, offers several innovations that on the one hand enhance the water enjoyment (HE module integration), simplify maintenance (filter unit on sliding rail and filter cartridges), and also increase safety (integrated water stopper), all bundled in an attractive and practical device. Additionally, the dispensing unit can be used under the name Jungbrunnen 25-00 LIGHT with an existing ULTIMATE or DIRECT-FLOW system.
Of course, the Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE V2 features the proven BestWater filtration technology with 3 pre-filters, a high-quality TFC membrane, and additionally two post-filter modules: Aqua-Lith Crystal Energy and a high-performance energising module for exceptional water enjoyment.
The Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE V2 / LIGHT water dispenser is designed for the quick dispensing of hot, cold, or sparkling water. This is primarily in demand wherever speed is essential, whether in the office, coffee kitchen, break room, or conference room.
But it also fits seamlessly into the home kitchen.
As a freestanding unit, it can be placed anywhere quick access to drinking water is needed. Even in the LIGHT version, it serves as a dispensing station for various types of water and can be used with an already existing system.
With the Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE / LIGHT, obtaining drinking water becomes easier—no more carrying crates or six-packs or forgetting the supplier. And you also do something for the environment by reducing your plastic consumption. You have everything in one device always ready to produce pure water for you, or you already have a water filter and just want to expand dispensing to hot, cold, and sparkling water.
Features

The design

The Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE V2 impresses with clear shapes and a proportionally pleasant layout of the system. The water dispenser appears elegant and very high-quality due to its form. The slight asymmetry in the upper third of the unit draws the eye to the dispensing tap, the control panel, and the cup dispenser.

Water in reserve

To quickly deliver the desired water, the Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE V2 water dispenser contains three water tanks serving three different purposes:
A storage tank for permeate approx. 8l
A storage tank for hot permeate approx. 1.5l
A storage tank for CO2/cold permeate approx. 2.5l
The filtered water first fills the permeate storage tank. From there, the drinking water is simultaneously directed to the hot water tank and the CO2/cold water tank, where it is heated or cooled. If sparkling water is desired, the water comes from the CO2/cold water tank and is carbonated just before dispensing.

The cooling function

The cold water tank has a double jacket, which, like a refrigerator, consists of a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator. The cooling system circulates the Freon-free refrigerant R134. To keep the temperature constant at 10°C, the tank is equipped with thermal insulation.

The heating function

The installed heating unit heats water to a maximum temperature of 83°C, the perfect temperature for brewing tea, preparing other hot drinks, or quick meals such as instant soups.

The sparkling function

Prefer your water sparkling? No problem, the Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE V2 / LIGHT can carbonate water through the integrated carbonation unit with CO2. The CO2 bottle can be connected directly to the Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE V2 / LIGHT. Connection materials are supplied for this application.*

Intuitive operation

The control panel of the Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE V2 / LIGHT is intuitive and simple. It has only 4 buttons with self-explanatory symbols and four LED status lights. To prevent accidental dispensing of hot water when bumping the control panel, the device has a lock function.
Markings
The connections on the rear of the unit are easily accessible and clearly labelled to facilitate commissioning.
The dispensing tap
All three types of water can be easily dispensed from a single tap by pressing the respective buttons on the control panel. Three water flows integrated into one dispensing tap.
Lighting
The dispensing tap is illuminated by a blue energy-saving LED. The control panel is also equipped with LEDs and lights up blue during operation.
Water stopper for increased safety
In addition to these innovations, we now also use a water stopper in the Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE V2 to give you the assurance that if a leak occurs, the water supply is immediately cut off. The water stopper has two sensors. One is installed inside the unit, and the second is placed below the angle valve to ensure maximum safety.

7-stage filtration

The Jungbrunnen 25-00 ULTIMATE V2 water dispenser features a filtration unit with components from the Jungbrunnen 66-00 ULTIMATE: three pre-filters, a TFC membrane, two post-filter modules, and additionally a UV unit.
1st stage – 20 µm sediment pre-filter
Water from the supply line first passes through the 20 µm sediment pre-filter. This consists of polyester thread-wrapped polyester foam. It is designed to filter out mechanical impurities such as rust particles, sand, dust particles, and other visible and invisible deposits larger than 20 µm.
2nd stage – activated carbon pre-filter
The GAC granulate (Granular Activated Carbon) in the second pre-filter removes aromatic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, pesticides, and gases (including chlorine).
3rd stage – 5 µm sediment pre-filter
The third stage also consists of polyester thread-wrapped polyester foam but with finer thread and foam. It removes impurities larger than 5 µm from the water. This three-stage pre-filter unit is designed to protect the molecular filter membrane to the highest degree and ensure longevity.
4th stage – molecular filter membrane
The membrane uses reverse osmosis to separate dissolved solids such as calcium carbonate, chlorides, nitrates, and solid and liquid organic compounds from the pressurised water. The separated water, containing concentrated filtered contaminants, is discharged via a flow restrictor to the drain.
5th stage – Aqua-Lith Crystal Energy
In the Aqua-Lith Crystal Energy energising module, the water is charged with the biophoton frequency 1013 Hz through silicon crystals, restructured by the zeolite mineral with the structure of natural spring water, and enriched with oxygen by activated carbon.
6th stage – high-performance energising
The filtered water is then energised by the high-performance energising module using 13 different methods: 1. Zeolite mineral 2. Rock crystal 3. Caribbean coral sand 4. Amethyst gemstones 5. 7th stage – UV unit
The UV vacuum tube additionally disinfects the permeate shortly before dispensing with UV light.
