Shipping and Payment

Shipping of weights over 30 kilograms is carried out by freight forwarder. For delivery by freight forwarder within the EU, we charge the current daily price.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the items.

Delivery

We ship as quickly as possible.
We dispatch your parcel on working days within 24 hours after receipt of order, provided payment has been received or you have ordered by direct debit.

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Cyprus, Slovenia and Spain via the order form.

We also deliver internationally: delivery addresses and delivery prices outside the above-mentioned delivery areas must be handled individually. For further information, please contact  bestellung@bestwater.de

Delivery time in Germany
DHL usually delivers to larger cities the next day, including Saturdays.
In rare cases, the parcel may be in transit for 2-4 days.

Express deliveries are not possible to the following countries: Romania, Lithuania, Greece, Sweden. Express deliveries are generally possible to Spain, except for deliveries to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. Deliveries to EU countries outside Germany are only made by prepayment or PayPal.
