We are proud to present the patented flood protection valve "Water-Stopper".
With the "Water-Stopper" from BestWater, unexpected water damage is a thing of the past.
The "Water-Stopper" is an electronically controlled shut-off valve with compact dimensions. It operates very reliably and can be easily installed by any consumer. Thanks to the unique technology of the "Water-Stopper" and the valve actuation mechanism, it has become possible to use a single AA battery (LR6 1.5V) as a power source. The electronics of the "Water-Stopper" draw power in monitoring mode at a practically unmeasurable current of under 1 nA. Power is only consumed when the valve actuation mechanism is triggered.
The battery should be replaced after the service life expires (but at least once a year), as the function of the "Water-Stopper" cannot be guaranteed without a fully charged battery.
The "Water-Stopper" from BestWater features two sensors. Both sensors are connected to the "Water-Stopper" via a small intermediate piece and can thus cover a range of 3.70 m. The first sensor is installed approximately 1.90 m, the second 1.80 m from the "Water-Stopper".
